VermEx would like to keep our clients informed as to how we will be operating through the Coronavirus epidemic, and what we’re doing to prioritise the health and safety of both customers and staff members. Our office hours will remain open as usual Monday – Friday, 9am – 4:30pm, and where possible we will be trying to provide our service as usual.
In our industry health, safety and hygiene have always been paramount when we carry out our work. In addition to our usual practices, we will be undertaking additional measures to minimise the risk of the Coronavirus including informing our technicians to maintain a distance from other people wherever possible, so please do not be offended if our technicians keep discussions to a minimum.
We kindly ask that if you or any of your employees have any of symptoms associated with Coronavirus as detailed on the UK Government website here, that you inform us prior to any pre-arranged or scheduled visits so that we can cancel the visits at this time.
We will continue to monitor Government advice and will amend our operations accordingly, with the wellbeing of both our customers and employees our priority.
